They are doing a good job hiding this
Just look at the twitter account of Ron and you will see his crush and the way he talks about this woman a picture says a 1000 words
He had a twitter account that had so many posts devoted to all the things him and sculley talk about and all about their relationship it was very disgusting and when I pointed out he was falling for her and it was looking like they have an intimate relationship he deleted the twitter account.
