Austin Texas pattern of Russians

many Russians are in Austin Texas and many were sent to Austin at a very young age. there is a defiant pattern many were sent here to attack me from Austin. Alex Jones is from Austin, there is a firefighter who lived his whole life in Austin and retired from being a fire fighter. When he decided to move back to his home(Russia), he was framed for a crime and went to prison.. They were attacking him he was going through punishment. It was a Chinese sales man that insisted on selling him cleaner that contained an illegal substance in Russia. He did not even know the cleaner contained this but the Chinese sales man knew he was instructed to do this. They set him up to go to jail and he was there for more than a hundred days. He is a spy that did not do what he was expected to do and then punished and tortured.
Here in San Antonio they are doing the same thing to some of these minions they are being punished and tortured when they refuse to do as expected and if they try to walk away from the whole mess or flip to the other side the attacks are more sever. Cesar is being attacked in this manner and they began attacking him in November of 2018. I was very confused because I knew he was helping the Castro Brothers and all of sudden I saw happening to him all the things they have done to me over the years. His phone freezes and malfunctions, it sends notifications every 5 minutes, he can't take pictures, they arranged for him to loose a good job, he receives tickets from officers when other around the same area get nothing, they send criminals to steal his belongings so he is left with no work clothes or boots, and the list goes on of the devilish things they do to attack their own.
