Wolk man SAPD sent at me July 21st Austin HWY

TODAY JULY 31ST WOLF MAN IS AT THE SAN ANTONIO COLLEGE. IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THEY NEVER TOOK THE DOG FROM HIM AND IT'S OBVIOUS THE DOG IS NOT A WOLF ANOTHER STUPID STORY BEING TOLD BY CHILD LIKE COPS. IT WAS AT THE COLLEGE THEY FOUND THIS WEIRDO TO CHASE ME DOWN YELLING BLACK DICK, AND DELIVER A MAKE BELIEVE STORY ABOUT A DOG BEING A WOLF. SO EXACTLY HOW DOES ALL THIS CRAP MAKE ME LOOK CRAZY THE INVESTIGATORS ARE WATCHING YOU UNSTABLE OFFICERS PUT ALL THIS TOGETHER? 

Gee I wonder why it is not legal to own a wolf? 

1. He came right over and sat down at a bus stop next to me he received a block of instruction to tell me to go to Haven for Hope. I already went to Haven for Hope and there was three different police officers pretending to be homeless that tried to take my life why on Earth would I go back there again. This is the man that a couple of months ago was chasing me down from the public library all the way to the Bill Millers yelling at me that I needed black dick and I needed to go with him to his place. I probably wouldn’t have gotten away from him had there not been a soldier standing in the parking lot that scared him. And now I’ve got him following me all up and down Austin Highway. He had three friends helping him one of them was flipping a switchblade back and forth as I walk past. Another one was a tall lanky man who look like he was strung out on drugs who followed me up Austin Highway. I stopped at a bus stop and waited for him to walk past then I got out of there I found him laying in front of a store front waiting for me to walk past. After I got away from all of these Predators I saw detective Maldonado yet again circling doing you turn driving back and forth apparently he’s very upset that I’m still alive you should be upset because you’re going to prison

1. Here’s the Wolfman the dog abuser sapd took this dog away from him because it’s not legal for him to have the dog but he has the dog back now. He cut a deal if he kept coming at me or ended my life then he could have his dog/WOLF. He still has the dog he claims that it is actually a wolf. I don’t know if it is but it’s not legal to own a wolf. So sapd is allowing him to own a wolf and it’s not even legal just because they want to get rid of me that badly
   According to my guardian angel this is actually a wolf. It is not at all legal for him to have the animal, he had it down on the Riverwalk and was charging people to pet it. Some tourist who apparently were knowledgeable about what kind of an animal it was are the ones who called sapd. After they received the call they removed the dog from his custody. They took it to an animal hospital and then informed him that he could have it back if he had a co-owner. I’m not sure but I believe that they took it to the Animal Hospital to confirm that it was a wolf. You can bet the agents know all the details about this case and whether or not it was confirmed to be a wolf. Whether it’s a dog or a wolf this unstable individual should not have this animal.
2. This is the one they sent at me a couple months ago trying to get lucky. He was telling me I had to go with him to the animal hospital and sign so he could get his dog back. I wonder if they had planned on me putting my name on this animal and charging me with the illegal ownership of a wild animal? Yep, that sounds like something they would do comparatively to all other schemes they have cooked up. On that day I refused to go with him I most certainly was not going to be held accountable for him abusing an animal. He was chasing me down yelling at me.
3. On July 21st I asked him if the vet would treat this animal if he suffered any injuries because I know that Vets can not treat the animal. He says that he heals the animal himself with his special and super natural healing abilities. He admitted that the animal has already suffered injuries and he healed the Wolf himself. Isn't that nice? He won't ever take the animal to the vet for shots or any other treatment, I am pretty sure he knows he can't. 
4. For a couple of hours he was following me up and down the street he had four possibly five friends that he brought in to help terrorize me. One of these friends acted like he was going to Whataburger and turned around to follow me. I received a warning and sat at a bus stop while he passed 
5. Another of his friends of swinging a switch blade when I walked past him on the sidewalk. Two others simply followed me and I crossed the street to get away from them. The entire time Detective Mathando was driving up and down the street. When I was able to get away from all the criminals he sent at me he chased me to the bus stop on N. New Braunfels.
