Stalking Taxi not registered with GTU

1. This taxi has been following me around for weeks I always found it odd until I realized it is not registered with gtu. It is sitting here at the Saint Anthony’s it looks like it’s waiting for a fare. Then it moved over to the front door and it indeed picked up a fare. It is not legal for this taxi to be accepting fares when it is not registered with gtu. It’s also not legal for it to be stalking and harassing a mother fighting for her children all over the city. Obviously it’s getting away with unregistered taxi service just because they are doing favors for my enemies stalking harassing and terrorizing me
