SAPD returns an email AMAZING

Here's a return email from SAPD I have been emailing them for years. Not months, not weeks, not days literally years. Let me take the time to explain to all you what the underlining agenda of this email is. He is telling me he wants to discuss my concerns when I have been telling him he is being watched by the Mueller Probe. If I were these officers I would be doing a full on investigation running plates do facial recognition of the photos I would be calling every intelligence agency to confirm or dis-confirm the allegations I have put in their laps. That is not what these officers are doing the are listening to a criminally insane Chief of Police and an Agent Heather who is from Moscow.
This email is designed to get me engaged in a conversation so he then can call behavioral health and claim that I am a danger to myself and others. How do I know this? They have done this over and over again they have never once been able to hold me in behavioral health indefinitely as they have hoped to do. They keeping the same thing over and over again hoping for different results. Proving their inability to use cognitive reasoning, inability to learn, and their level of insanity.
The other reason for the the email is so they can attempt to lie to the department of justice saying they were trying to help me they are all well aware that I do not have the luxury of maintaining employment (one of many reasons for this Joaquin Castro has my birth certificate). SAPD dirty officers will now call that they attempted to do something about my situation but I did not call. Look closely at the email he did not offer a place I could come to, to talk to him. That is not prototypical it doesn't even make any sense this is not them making themselves available it is them attempting to create a alibi for the day he knows he will be questioned by Agents & Operatives.

The other important thing to look at closely i there was an officer Martinez at my home when I was locked in with an officer breaking in to kill me. The Officer Martinez in my home was arguing with Officer Kasberg telling him that I did not answer the questions properly and it was not lawful to take me to behavioral health. Kasberg then said the Chief said we have to take her in and that is what we are doing and they did too. Kasberg is a highly unstable man and his partner Officer Shannon who only uses her first name highly unprofessional she has attacked me on several different occasions and I will never trust SAPD. I advise all you to think twice when dealing with the criminal elements of SAPD. 

 There's his phone number plain as day I invite all of you to call him and ask him what he plans on doing to help me. Ask him if he ran the plates and made the phone calls ask him if he called any of our intelligence agencies I promise you the answer will be no and he will give excuses about protocol. If you want to know how this situations are suppose to be dealt with you can find it on line there is a website and it is written clear as day and you and I can understand you can see he did not follow procedure. When your making your phone call bear in mind that I e-mailed them more than two weeks ago telling them my life is in danger and several of their police officers have made attempts on my life. Unbenounced to me some of those police officers were Park Police as well as SAPD.

I promise you it is also protocol to do something opposed to nothing when someone is telling you their life is in danger and nothing is exactly what they did.
