To the God Team the day that I was discharged from South West General in Jan. 2018 is the day I went back and forth from each of these shelters. This was all the pre-played event I do believe that Chief McManus had been talking to Mr. Miller. Officer Jon Saba (or close to that), was the one confirming that the Chief kept looking at my medical History and he made the statement that it is perfectly legal and OK. Someone needs to speak with Jon he is a bit confused about the Law and what or constitution says he needs serious help.
