- This is one of the many people who is pretending to be homeless on streets. I believe that he has a Park police officer but I’m not sure nothing is 100% for me. You can see that he’s wearing all white it’s nice crisp and clean and pressed he’s not really homeless and if he was really trying to fool people he wouldn’t be dressed in brand new clothes that are white
