Agent sneaky

This young man was at the bus stop waiting for me knowing I was walking up when I was told to take a picture he turned the other way he knows exactly what is going on and he is careful to not allow his face to be photographed so facial recognition can be used. I don't know which team he plays for and for all I know he could be one of the park police pretending to be homeless. NO NO I am wrong ALL of the Park Police pretenders were dumb enough to let me take pictures of their faces dumb.
