in June Sergeant O'Connell was on the 8100 unit and he was having a conversation with one of the other inmates who was talking about a speedy trial and being denied their speedy trial. in the Dakota County jail the officers act as if their attorneys and they give legal advice. they're legal advice is still mannered to say the least Sergeant O'Connell was saying that we have to request a speedy trial the term is actually demand a speedy trial. he was telling the inmate that they have to put it in the outreach section of the Kia requesting a speedy trial. several inmates put the request in for a speedy trial and each one of them was denied including myself. I received a return message from Morgan who works in outreach who is completely incompetent and snotty to all the inmates. she announced that we have to go to our attorney for a speedy trial many of those who are requesting or demanding a speedy trial don't even have an attorney. of course we all should have an attorney whether it be a court appointed attorney or a private attorney and that's Morgan's job as outreach specialist to make sure that we are connected with an attorney. I made more than 600 phone calls while I was in the Dakota County jail calling every single attorney in the book that they have there. my calls were being rerouted and I was talking to officers I was talking to an agent boil a Thomas dunwald congressman with King Castro senator Ted Cruz an amazingly enough that senator and congressman know nothing about the law the things they said were so hideous and now one by one I have to report all of those attorneys to the State bar association most especially Thomas dunwald and Scott Baker.
