there was an inmate in a cell on the upper floor who started to have a seizure. they called the code there was several officers there and they waited 15 to 20 minutes for the seizure to end. then they decided that she needed to go to medical. they did not use a gurney and they did not use a proper carry for the inmate. there was an officer on each side of her grabbing on to her arm. they were trying to force her to walk after having a seizure she was lethargic she was incoherent. her feet were dragging on the floor her toes were literally dragging behind her. obviously these officers are not medically trained and they do not have know how to provide medical care. that is not the proper carry for a patient most especially a patient that just recovered from a seizure. you're going to enter her and you're going to injure yourselves they took her down the steps like this with her feet dragging behind her down each step. I've never seen anything so hideous and all of my life it is absolutely inhumane
