Gregory Marshall has no mind for business

1. Let me tell you a few things about Gregory Marshall and the way he conducts business and the things that he did when opening a small business. This is going to be a long list but mind you I’m not even hitting all of the subject matter.
   He did absolutely no market analysis and wrote know business plan when he opened his small business.
   He decided to rent a Kia in a mall for the product that he was manufacturing he had absolutely zero profit margin at the time no established clientele and the rent in the mall was outrageous.
   He did no marketing his wife did the all of that.
   He established no budget system.
   Some of his client asked why he wasn’t answering his phone he had it possession there property that he was supposed to be fixing ever shoes to answer the phone. He looked at the client in the face and said I don’t answer the phone if I don’t know who’s calling. Yes he really did that and he did it more than once to more than one client
   My niece Christina and I were selling jewelry to chew customers and we were sizing them while we were standing there pulling the jewelry off the counter and trying it on the customer Greg pushed all of us aside so he could straighten up the jewelry because it couldn’t wait until the sale was completed we lost that sale
   Before our small business was ever out of the red before it ever made any profit whatsoever Greg decided to spend $7,000 on displays and inventory. Most small business owners would wait until they’re bills are paid and there was a profit. Not Greg why I think before you go in spend all kinds of money.
   A post to having a computerized register he went and got an old fashioned register that had the tape saved the tape from every daily sales only never to look at it again never doing the books or the taxes it all that in a box and nobody ever crunch the numbers.
   If you would have spent some money on a computerized register he wouldn’t have had a box full of paper that he never touched.
   Six years never wants did is taxes cat playing to his wife and business partners saying that he was taking care of it and that it was all taken care of only for her to find out later that he never want did one single IRS Form.
