Yes this is exactly how they waste money they spend money like it's water and whatever they want no filter whatsoever the sad thing is this study did not stop they're still doing it another using children . Since using grown adults made them dysfunctional and took them away from their families now they use children very young children making them grow up in these facilities so they could become slaves . They don't learn nobody has brought them to justice or stopped these filthy programs that abuse humans and Rob them of their civil rights Rob them of all Humanity and decency
