Sergeant gilliam of the San Antonio Police

of the San Antonio Police department Sergeant Gilliam told me that he worked in the chief's office he was receiving the emails that I was sending as I was filing complaints against officer Anthony Flores who had been stalking and harassing me chasing me down on the Streets of San Antonio. the officer Anthony Flores access to all of my own technologies. when I was driving yellow cab officer Anthony Flores access the computer systems of the yellow cab and kept sending me on fares that I had already done. every time I try to go pay my lease a new fare would show up at that moment and it would be somebody that I needed to go pick up when I arrived at the destination found that it was somebody that I had already driven around and they didn't actually need a ride at all. officer Anthony Flores was driving the black pickup truck with a gold stripe on the bottom and he would chase me every evening at 7:00 p.m. every evening he would stop chasing me like clockwork soon I found out that was his shift at sap d. sometimes when I was working at the hospital and I would leave my s*** he would be sitting in the parking lot of the credit union waiting for me follow me as I walked back to the shelter that I was staying at while working at the hospital. sergeant gilliam told me that he was in charge of the investigation into the crimes of this police officer he told me that he works for the chief's office. on May 18th from 2017 when I went to headquarters of sapd I talked to this Sergeant who told me that there wasn't much that they could do he was repeating some of my emails to me so that I would know that he was receiving the emails and he was reading the email. later I found out that he couldn't inform me that they were actually conducting an investigation because officer Anthony Flores was actually in my phone listening. so of course I walked away very upset and became very emotional because I was being terrorized and I needed Justice I needed help and Sergeant made it sound like it. later he did help me I ended up trapped in my house and officer Anthony Flores was breaking in to kill me. we're King Castro and chief McManus told the sergeant that I needed to be thrown under the bus that he needs to make the whole mess go away and that's when I got put out on the streets first it was the third time but this time it was brutal and cruel. later I was informed the sergeant doesn't even work in the chief's office that's pretty confusing today
