Katie Wells of bear Metro dispatch

Katie Wells works at bare Metro dispatch 911 dispatch in San Antonio Texas and she is one of the many spies that has infiltrated our Police department who is helping to attack me. the various things that Katie will do is delete 911 calls. I called the non-emergency line in May of 2017 because I had Intruders on my property that were harassing me. they were guilty of trespassing I waited two hours for a police officer to show up. no officer ever showed up and I was late for work so I had to call 911 in order to get an officer to show up to help me and get a police report with my neighbors who continuously were trespassing and vandalizing my property. when I got the 911 dispatcher on the phone she told me that my non-emergency call had been erased and deleted from the system. that was Katie Wells that did that. so finally I got an officer to show up who didn't do his job he went to the neighbor's home and the neighbor was the one that was committing crimes against me Mr Santiago. he talked to Mr Santiago for 15 to 20 minutes. when I asked if he wanted to see the vandalism that had occurred to my property he refused to look at it he refused to do his job properly and there was no police report ever written I took a video of how hideous this police officer was it's going to take me a minute to reference his name and find it it's on all of my social media the video used to be on this blog until FBI agents Greg Marshall Christopher deck and Andrea the sapd supervisor decided to start manipulating this blog and deleting evidence. KKatie Wells is dating a man that works at 911 dispatch in San Antonio. he is one of the many officer Christopher dechs. they rounded up a bunch of police officers and civilians who all look similar to officer Christopher deck to create confusion. the man that works at bexar County dispatch looks like officer Christopher duck at this time I don't know his real name but him and Katie Wells are dating and apparently they've been dating for a long time. that man that works at bexar County dispatch was suspended from his job for deleting 911 calls from manipulating calls and deleting facts out of calls for manipulating the system and rewriting police reports and rewriting information that was in the system. he was suspended for one week and he got his job back he should not have gotten his job back the man is a criminal. he was one of many who is following me across the country when I reached traverse City there was a convention for EMS employees at the Great Wolf Lodge. I had gone over there trying to get a room and talk to some of the police officers and some of the police Chiefs that were there I found out they were there for the convention. because I had found that out posted it to my social media the sociopath that was staying at a hotel nearby tried to go over and register himself for the convention for EMS. he needed a cover some sort of cover some sort of excuse as to why he was in traverse City because the truth is he was there chasing me. that moron that I'm referring to that police officer that works for 911 dispatch was actually stupid enough to say no I go to this convention every year without even thinking how difficult it is going to be for him to prove that he has ever been to Michigan for an EMS convention ever in his life these are the stupid things we have to listen to from this man. I don't have evidence but I was told that it was Katie Wells and that same officer who calls himself officer Christopher deck who works for San Antonio dispatch that were working at the Dakota County jail impersonating deputies while I was in the jail. one of them is Officer Haley badge 290 of Dakota County jail. I recognized him right away and knew exactly who he was I know that his name is not officer z. badge 290. while I was in the Dakota County jail and this sociopath was pretending to be a deputy he would run up to myself looking through the window of the cell watching me defecate or urinate. while he was watching me in disposed being guilty of sexual harassment and terrorism he would ask me if everything was okay if I needed help and I would ask him if he was going to help me urinate what exactly was this man doing and how insane is he. Dakota County jail has a lot of problems with sexual harassment and sexual assault in that jail they seem to think they're going to get away with it they just met me and they're not going to away. there was an officer Carly notch and officer Christopher deck was telling me that he was sleeping with her generally when this man tells lies like this he is announcing who he wants to sleep with it's a little childish game that he plays. I was told that officer Carly not is Katie Wells. I think there might be some substance to the lie that they were telling somebody needs to look at it closely how is it that Katie Wells and officer Carly notch of the Dakota County jail are associated with one another?
