Good Time Charlie's is full of minions. They would have been in their vehicles and chase me all over the city and when I was in this area walking through they would always be outside conveniently on their break so they could hand me a poison cigarette. Many times there was cigarettes laying in the back employees break area and those were poisonous cigarettes it was the setup
