Isaiah he's a homeless man who is an alcoholic

This is Isaiah  sorry I didn't get a picture of his face . And he is an alcoholic that is on the streets . He's perfectly harmless  except for dabbling with drugs and drinking alcohol everyday at this point in time in his life if he stopped drinking he would have D.T.s.

Isaiah was pulled in by a dirty police officer by the name of Officer Guerrero or Herrera .

Many of the homeless people that stay in the Mccalla area  between Myrtle and Ashby were pulled in by this police officer . I was just close all of this information by a man named Brian who they call Uncle Brian is a big tall white guy who has shoulder-length salt and pepper hair . 

Last year Isaiah was a victim of a hit-and-run actually she didn't run she stayed to talk to the police officers. It was about 3 in the morning he was drunk and high crossing the road to go to the brake shop he was working at the brake shop and he needed to make sure the door was locked. She said she didn't see him when she hit him and he flew into the air. She saw him she knew exactly where he was because she was sent to kill him. Like so many other Minions that they want out of the picture so many finders and so many witnesses. Isaiah was then taken to the hospital he was in critical condition and hanging on by a thread. He was transferred out of that hospital in to the Veterans Administration Hospital. He stayed at the VA for 3 months. He was in critical care when he got there. He seems to be fully recovered he still has a limp from the broken hip and leg. Isaiah is not a veteran but yet he was giving Care at the Veterans Administration Hospital. That is very curious to me. Usually when somebody is homeless without incoming without insurance it's the Methodist Hospital that will take them. So I don't understand how he ended up at the VA or why. I know that all interns that study medicine here go through the VA for their internship perhaps that's why Isaiah was there
