Cliff minion

I have not seen him downtown before and I don't appreciate him doing his drugs near me. 

Here we have another minion they sent at me. Cliff is from New Orleans and he is a Katrina survivor. He went to Houston after Katrina then back to New Orleans and came here to San Antonio. He says he does in home health care but says it has been a year since he has done it. There was a message with his visit. Normally these minion exit quickly but Cliff is staying, not leaving and he is making me very nervous. As usual I am on my own with no help and my life is in danger.
He seems harmless but the ones who have assaulted me seemed harmless at first as well.
I would like to be done I would like to be pulled to safety please and thank you. At pull Cliff away...
Cliff said that he's going to get some cream and he will be returning so at least I got a fair warning. I would prefer it if he didn't return hint hint hint
