Somebody's playing games with the fire department

The plan has been called to this area more than once today it appears that somebody is Playing Games With Fire Department . That minivan was parked in front of the bus stop and the hatch was open and all the doors were open the four people that were riding in the minivan we're sitting on the grass one woman was standing on the sidewalk waving down the fire truck .  One of the firemen got into the driver's seat he look like he was trying to start the vehicle and move it .  They then put out for flares behind the minivan and they had to leave because they were on another call .  One of the people that looked to be  in distress sitting on the grass .  After the fire department left they were able to start the minivan  I move it .  Then these individuals decided they were going to try to pick up the flares I'm so and move them off the road not a good idea
