Minions brought by dirty cops

This homeless criminal was not only next to me near the computers being loud screaming out in the middle of the library security doing nothing and the employees doing nothing then he followed me outside and threw water on me.
Now it's just water but you can bet their crimes will escalate because their ego is imploding with empowerment because it's police officers that I've told his them to do this and they're stupid enough to think they're going to get away with it
