Fri, Feb 16 at 10:42 AM Many veterans who were unruly have been banned from the VA medical center in Miami because this has occurred the woman that is always whining I don't want her to have services I don't want her to have services came up with the idea that I could get banned from the veterans administration hospital and not received services I went in on a Saturday to talk to a social worker yet again they didn't want me inside the hospital they didn't want me to have a place to rest or to be able to charge my phone or watch TV. They decided that I was going to kicked out of the emergency room that also has the administration. I told the guard that I was there to see a social worker it had been my third time in to see a social worker there was a man there just because I was there. He was not happy about being there I had to wait an hour and a half to see a social worker and I went outside twice he followed me out hoping that he could leave if I left he could leave I tried to talk to him and ask him a question he ignored me as if I wasn't talking some of your undercover individuals don't know how to be professional and don't know how to play the part right. when I finally saw the social worker she was combative argumentative and she immediately was saying to me no no you don't get services no homeless veteran gets services on a Saturday or a Sunday they go back to the street and they lay on the street. Because it's a Saturday you don't get services. Continuously this individual was talking about 20 different vas that I was registered at I didn't register myself at 20 different va's what were they talking about I asked them three times is that in the systems when you read the computer and you look my name up does it say that I'm registered at 20 different veterans administration hospitals three times I asked and a woman named Mercedes refused to answer me with big giant glasses on her face she refused to answer the question. Then Mercedes started talking about Los Angeles Mercedes told me that I was signed up for vash and I refused a case manager no such thing ever happened I had a case manager I had meetings with the case manager the woman then said case management is a part of services it's a part of bash and you can't refuse a case manager or case management I've never refused a case manager I've never refused anything they were willing to offer me it's never happened. Let me explain to you what was happening in Miami when Mercedes decided to claim that I was refusing case management they had just passed an ordinance that said that homeless are criminals if they're offered services and they refuse the services then they're guilty of a crime and they go to jail. I never refused any services that was offered to me by Miami or the veterans administration here in California or Minnesota I've never refused any service so Mercedes had to claim that I've refused services in California Indiana or here in Florida it's not true and because it's not true and it never happened they had to make it up so they could have me arrested because some woman that has no business being in charge continuously stomps her foot and says you had her arrested I want to have her arrested. So I was trying to have a civil conversation with Mercedes the social worker and once again I was asking her is it in the systems that in Los Angeles I refuse to case manager is it in the systems that I was signed up for vash and the story began that I signed up for fashion that I was registered for vash I said vash. Then at the end of the conversation with Mercedes she said that I was never signed up for vash that I refused it I did not refuse it and if somebody didn't sign me up it's because they are working for the Antichrist. Mercedes continued to lie and she refused to answer any of the questions I asked her over and over again is it in the systems that I was in Los Angeles refusing services because that's not what happened and as I tried to explain what happened in Los Angeles confused as to why Los Angeles became an issue or became a part of the subject matter when I'm looking for services here in Miami why are we talking about Los Angeles? I'm looking for services here at Miami Florida a very long ways from Los Angeles California why are you lying and saying that I refuse services that I was offered I was not offering services.
