Rule 20.01 writing their own definition

while in the Dakota County Jail attorney at law Thomas dunwald told the courts that he needed a rule 20 or 21 or whatever it's called go look at the transcripts my attorney didn't know what it was called. on March 22nd 2022 I went into a court of law there was an attorney there that declared and decided that I was not eligible for a court-appointed attorney. he continuously said that he is bound by client attorney confidentiality and that I could tell him anything I wanted and he couldn't tell the courts because then he would be guilty of violating that confidentiality that he's bound to. so then when he spoke to the courts he disclosed my disability and how much it was he declared that I was not eligible for a court-appointed attorney even though I had no money because they took my bank account. he's not the one that decides whether or not I'm eligible first of all second of all my veteran status makes me eligible for a court-appointed attorney. he stood in a court of law and told the court that he was going to take the case pro set. that would make anybody nervous that an attorney said he was going to take it pro set because attorneys take it pro bono us lay people that don't have a law degree take a case Pro say we do a case and represent ourselves and it's called pro set. when attorneys take a case for no pay they take it pro bono. my guess is one of the reasons he had to do it that way and announce it in a court of law was because the Dakota County Public Defender's Office did not want to get wrapped up in all of this circus mess and all of the illegal things they were doing when they put me in jail false arrest no crime committed. I believe the Dakota County Public Defender's office said you cannot put it on us expect any pay for it first of all you're not an attorney in the Dakota County Public Defender's office and I'm starting to wonder if he's any sort of Attorney At All. very smart of them it's as if they have law degrees. so ask Thomas dunwald stood in a court of law saying that he believes I'm insane and there needs to be a competency assessment completed he didn't even know what it was called. the first assessment that was completed was by a Kimberly Turner and we're going to review that in detail in a moment . what you see here is a definition that was written by a man who claims to be Dr Edwin yorka . he's not a real doctor and his five friends made up the name notice it's your car y e r k a it sounds like Jerka it sounds like jerk. when I was doing a zoom video interview with this man he was abrasive aggressive and threatening talking to me as if I was a child. he continuously asked me if I was going to cooperate telling me how I had to answer telling me what I had to answer none of it matched my earlier Rule 20.01 and I had already done two this would be the third one. I asked him if he looked at the disclosure before talking to me and it didn't take long before he disclosed the doctor Kimberly Turner made two different diagnoses one did not match the other and he agreed. now for all of you who don't work in the medical field or have a law degree he just violated my civil rights he broke the law and he's no longer able to conduct a rule 20.01 assessment because he looked at all of the disclosure in a recorded Zoom video he announced that he looked at all of the disclosure and already knew the details of my case before talking to me you can not complete an assessment for competency if you know the individual you know their case and you already read a previous assessment report written by a doctor 2 months prior. conflict of interest contempt see I don't have a lot of great I don't know what the names of those laws are that he violated that he's guilty of impersonating a doctor when you're not a doctor well that's a pretty big felony. so I continued with this interview and I tried to get along with this man I asked him questions I had to ask him a question four times never got an answer and we're about to list all the people that do the exact same thing he was answering questions I didn't even ask it was as if he wasn't confident. competent changing the text when I speak is not going to help you get away with your crimes competent I said competent whether or not he was confident he was very confident just like narcissistic personality disorder and anybody with a personality disorder should not be evaluating my competency. so when he was unable to manipulate me to answer things in the fashion in which he wanted me to answer he became upset. he became angry and more aggressive argumentative contentious. when I told him that a competency test is to determine competency to stand trial only he decided to start reading his own definition of a rule 20.01 that he wrote himself. when he started to read the definition out loud I could hear arguments that is not the definition of a rule 20.01 but he read it anyway and then he raised his voice to read it louder more vigor. because he wasn't going to listen to anybody telling him facts the fact is that is not written in the law books that is not written in the medical dictionaries the medical review board will never recognize that is the definition. I had to wait for him to read that entire thing that's pictured here then he said if you do not cooperate I am going to tell the courts that you are not cooperating. this is a statement of coercion trying to coerce somebody and attack and all tomato he is telling me that he's going to try to damn my character and attack my character with the courts and that you know they're going to listen to his opinion his opinion will be a professional opinion even though he's not actually a doctor and what he's doing is Major fraud and he should go to prison for a long time but he's going to tell the courts I'm not cooperating you go ahead and tell the courts I'm not cooperating because I have the right to deny that interview and that assessment. I have the right to say no I will not comply no I will not cooperate and you can't take that right away from me not some idiot running his own definition. so he told me if I was not going to answer the questions in the fashion of which he needed me to answer them so that he could diagnose me a man that's not a doctor then he was going to tell the courts I wasn't cooperating I said fine he just ended it that's what he did and I recorded Zoom video he ended the assessment and interview process by telling me that he's going to go ahead and tell the courts I didn't cooperate so I ended the same video. it seemed to be over when I had a man yelling at me that he's going to tell the courts I'm not cooperating okay well if that's what you're going to tell the courts I guess we're done here when a statement and document was written about the experience in the word said during this assessment interview that lasted 15 minutes he claimed that I was the one not cooperating he claimed that I was contentious in argumentative I was simply asking a question and when he refused to answer the question I had to ask it four times four times I had to ask that question and I never got an answer no doctor should ever act that way do you understand they can lose their medical license if they don't have a bedside manner if they don't have morals hey if they don't have a medical degree if they don't have an PhD they go to prison for claiming they do. so what was written up and put in the data of the Dakota County Court made him look like a victim. I was the whole problem. all of this is really bad really bad for the CIA the CIA twits all the CIA offers is twits look at this you take a good look at this this is what the CIA does it doesn't make any sense it's not legal it's incomprehensible when I argued this guy doesn't have a brain or common sense he doesn't know how to interact with people in a professional manner has no bedside manner he argued well I must be smart I wrote my own definition for a rule 20.01 that's smart I must be smart oh who's contentious now? I had another court order I had to go back into a court of law with all of this crap again still haven't received a fair trial still haven't received a speedy trial still don't have any adequate legal representation and they ordered me to go back to a court of law again I believe it was November 15th I had to be back in there. when that court date came due I was in Seattle Washington so I bought a plane ticket flew into St Paul took a taxi to get to Hastings went to a hotel room and got ready for a court of law. I went into a court of law in a very tall Latino woman claimed to be attorney at law Aaron Carey. a green gray claimed to be a prosecuting attorney and said that he would take all the cases that day who doesn't have a law degree. what's wrong with Hastings Minnesota why are they getting away with all this fraud why are they letting some green gray with no legal background no law degree doesn't have a State Bar registry number oh wait no the CIA made one up it's made up they just pulled it out of their ass and put it in there oh that's right I forgot and as long as the CIA does that I guess it's okay and legal right? so those two attorneys that are not Attorneys at all went into the judge's chamber and talked in private about my case they came out in a court of law and said that I had to do number four rule 20.01. so about 10 days after all of that I receive a phone call from Rosa claiming to be the assistant of Dr Edwin yorka y e r k a because he's going to conduct another rule 20.01. now I want to explain to all of you that don't have a law degree or work in the medical profession that's not legal he can't do another one he already knows me he read all the disclosure before he even talk to me they can't assign that man to do another one he didn't even conduct the first one properly there has to be a different doctor doing each assessment and when you have another doctor doing another assessment it makes the previous one no and void done thrown out garbage. November 15th 2022 I did not get a piece of paper court order when I walked out I didn't get no paper when I walked out of a court of law in Hastings to Minnesota and the Dakota County Courthouse they told me that I had to go to the public defender's office to get the papers the next day does that sound right to you? well it's okay because Aaron carries not really an attorney at law and that tall Latino woman that was standing in a court of law doesn't have a lot of grease and her name is not Aaron Kerry. in front of the cameras people that's what the CIA offers us. the next day I went to the Dakota County Public Defender's office to give them an envelope all of my information that they refuse to ever look at all of those police reports and illegal court orders and all the crimes that say PD committed against me I gave him an Avenue to go to the social media and see my body being thrown up against a cement wall as you declare me incompetent but the police officers that threw me against the brick wall when I didn't commit a crime that's police brutality they're guilty of official oppression please brutality collusion obstruction of justice treason espionage conspiracy to do bodily harm conspiracy to create an emotional breakdown so many crimes and that's not it I just listed a few I included all that that I gave to the Dakota County Public Defender's office and they came out with two different court orders two different pieces of paper that they were giving me I took videos and pictures and Tabitha and Jalen snedeker decided it was a good idea to break into my hotel room and steal those court orders. they want to steal the court orders because they were going to write another felonious warrant for my arrest and claim that I was not in a court of law so they could put me back in jail again. correction November 15th 2022 I missed the court date I was walking through two and a half feet of snow I was being circled and chased down Miranda Lambert was there telling me that I hurt her lungs by breathing in and out refusing to give me directions to the courthouse I went into the police department asked for a ride to the courthouse for a court date they said they don't do that they lied that was Thomas worm and Uriel. the court date that I actually made it to was the following year I had to get a ticket from Seattle Washington and fly into Minnesota then I took the Amtrak's back out of Minnesota I was supposed to take a Greyhound bus but they shut down all the Greyhound buses claiming that there was a snow storm that inhibited them from driving anywhere I'll go ahead and take pictures of the Amtrak's tickets and the airline tickets. so everything disclosed and everything talked about while I was in a court of law in this post was from 2023. I didn't make it to the November 15th court date and later I was told there was no court date nobody was there nobody not my attorney not the prosecuting attorney no judge it didn't happen it was never even on the books it never showed up in the data it was never announced in the courts you won't find any record of it but yet I went back to jail December 4th 2022 I was in Moorhead Minnesota. they put me in the jail and Moorhead Minnesota and the following day they drove me all the way back to Dakota County Jail that's a lot of money that's a lot of cost for false arrest for playing games with the system and that individual that drove me wasn't really a police officer. not really not really not in that City he was brought in by agent Barbie doll, Harris whoever whoever did it you'll figure it out. so all the reference with the Aaron Carey and me going into the public defender's office that happened in 2023 and I will go and get all the dates so that I can give you the dates and times of all of that. nice try to make me look incompetent again but I have all my documentation. after that court date Jalen and Tabitha decided to go into my hotel room and that was the Quality Inn in St Paul they stole the court order you know the documentation that I was in a court of law and they decided they could write another warrant for my arrest because they stole the court order I received when I went to a court of law who cares about the cameras everybody that hate you and opposes you got the video recordings those didn't go away they're not going anywhere but that's that's how their mind works that's how simple they are that's what the CIA offers just like this I got the wrong date that's all this happened so now I'm incompetent but there's recorded Zoom videos there's cameras there is documentation even though they tried to delete it as the FBI in Detroit Michigan says nothing's ever really deleted good luck you're going to need it Dr yurka y e r k a. when I was across the country in Portland Oregon it was time for me to do another interview with Dr Edwin yorka y e r k a i made a phone call to what was supposed to be his office officer Carly Notch answered the phone. officer Carly not claimed that he didn't work there at Minnesota Mental Health Services Clinic. she told me that Dr Edwin yorka y e r k a works at Sault Ste Marie no Sioux City Sioux City Veterans Administration Hospital Sioux City. so I called the Veterans Administration in Sioux City they've never heard of him. so officer Carly notch who is posing as a officer in the Dakota County Jail think she's pulling a fast one she thinks she's covering up all the crap and her voice is so distinctive on the phone thank God every phone call I make is a recorded phone call. I'll come back to this post and I'm going to make all those corrections I was talking about when they're trying to mess with me and mess with the text it doesn't say what I'm saying and the dates are wrong but don't worry I'm going to fix it.
