Austin homeless man just arrived

He just arrived off in a Greyhound bus from Austin and he sat here explaining to us what is happening in Austin I've heard a lot of stories last year they shut down Camp City and they were giving them Greyhound bus tickets to come to San Antonio that was in November the homeless from Austin flooded San Antonio and they're still doing it.
He told us about a city official they are locally who has gimp arm is what he said as if he had a stroke or maybe an amputation I don't know what he's talking about. He said that City official is out on the streets treating the homeless like dirt treating all of those who are in need like dirt he's the one that doesn't want the homeless there and he most likely is the one sending them to San Antonio or one of the many.
He's telling us how the police officers are treating the homeless as well apparently police brutality is ramp it in Austin according to what I'm hearing from this man.
Then he told me something highly interesting there are some people walking in the streets of Austin Texas that are spraying people with some sort of it causes them to break out into I sweat a heavy sweat that they can't hide or control.
