Another Predator

 This Predator has been circling me for the last hour just now he pulled into the parking lot next to where I'm sitting and was beeping the horn. I opted to ignore him an exercise my independence. It appears to be a welder that's in the back of his pickup truck. Maybe he's here for all of those construction jobs that are happening downtown.
