Tramaine Floy is a terrible CPS case worker, she talked to my ex-husband before myself and she took all of his fabricated stories as truth when I talked to her she was quite literally screaming at me raising her voice, and she completely disregarded the findings in the November 2012 case and refused to look at them even when I told her that I and my children had suffered long term abuse at the hands of Gregory Marshall she refused to listen. Then she was quoting the court order as if it were factual and I have proven that court order is full of perjury and make believe events that never accrued.
Tramaine Floy thinks it's perfectly OK for children to loose their mother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents and to be subjected to Stockholm syndrome.

Mrs. Seiger;
We appreciate all the help you have extended Ava and her family. We are trying to get the family the help they need financially emotionally and physically, we are working hard to settle into a new solid routine for the children. We are looking forward to having counselors and CPS agents make weekly visits and see the progress of the family, however; the family will not get counselors and cps agents visiting unless the phone calls of alleged abusive stop. Phone calls about toothpaste in hair and a child complaining that her pee pee hurts are unnecessary and slightly petty.
I personally feel happy and proud that Ava is brushing her teeth now as she was not in the past and if she gets a little paste in her hair can you help her with it and inform her mother instead of involving CPS? Ava went to the Doctors office both on Thursday and Friday of last week and she has NO infection no bacteria was present and she was not red and irritated. She will discontinue her bubble baths and take showers to alleviate any further complaints and painful urination.
Mr. Marshall has been removed from the home twice and now there is a court order in place to keep him from returning to the home. Divorce papers have been filed in bexar county and we are all helping to get the family on the right path. I'm sorry if you feel that Ava and her brothers and sister should loose both of their parents but I don't agree and feel they are now in a safe healthy environment and will be able to get on the right track.
Thank you for your attention
Janet Neering (grandmother).
