I had an Asin Officer write a police report never happened

Never got a police report written and never was able to get a printed copy either it was hAYLEY THE CAT MANIPULATING THE OFFICER AND SHE DOESN'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CRIME REPORT AND INFORMATIONAL REPORT.
