Google email is manipulated Roxanne Brown

She does the same thing with my yahoo account she isn't letting any of the emails get sent and the IT guys said "how is she doing that?" they figured it out and said clever. I don't know what it is has something to do with settings and then she takes anyway my ability to even see my setting just like the blog.
