Hundreds of email accounts

every time I get a new phone I have to create a new email account and there's a new cloud that goes along with it because they shut down all of my social media so often and I can't use the same one because then it won't open it all which is exactly what happened yesterday then when I try to remember passwords and IDs I can't when I try to open these email accounts they're gone these are the games we play
