Agent/spy

this guy's been following me around the city of San Antonio for many years at one point in time I thought that I saw him driving an older model boat with government plates on it however that could have been an FBI agent that look like him he shows up at the Starbucks quite frequently. in the picture he is making a delivery to a CPS office on wetmore road and mysteriously and coincidentally he just happened to show up there at the exact same time I was there iv class="separator" style="clear: both;">
