July 6th and morning of July 7th Park Police

There were drug dealers in the park they went to the men's bathroom and had their drugs spread out sorting it to sell and the park police officers walked up they saw all of it and they did nothing they let him go and told him to leave and they let them leave with all that ice and marijuana, Wow you threaten to write me a ticket because I am laying down but you did nothing with the drug dealer. There is two tents set up in the park and you threaten me with camping and what do you call that? Those tents are set up between the Library and the baseball diamond in plain view of the road.
There are four SAPD cruisers at wing stop one of the cruisers is idling and she will be in there for thirty minutes do you understand what happens to an engine when it idles that long? Do you understand how much gas she is using these are the things that the city manager is suppose to manage. Do you understand how many times that cruiser will end up in maintenance and she will keep doing it until the city is forced to decommission these autos you are the worst city manager ever just when I didn't think anyone could be more of a criminal than Sculley who was sleeping with the Mayor.
