within a matter of seconds I got these responses. The exact same thing was done in the Dakota County jail. I would send out information or a complaint to serveral different departments in the jail and Rory Vance, Officer Z. Haley, SGT. Jalen Sneddeker would respond to the messages sent they were getting them out of the inbox so actual employees of the jail wouldn't see them. If they could move them into the read box then they knew the real employees would never read them. I was able to tell the difference of the responses able to see who was doing on what ever day. Jalen is always snappy and nasty he is always talking like a dictator like he owned the jail. He was never nice and never professional he never showed any empathy or compasion he did this to all inmates. He came to the unit with the federal mail the inmates were trying to send out and he would find one excuse after another to deny them the ability to send their mail out. One of his petty hiseous excuses was that they failed to leave the envelope unsealed. The problem is they did indeed leave unsealed and the officer in intake would scan it and then she would seal it. Sneddeker the dim witt would come into the jail after the process was completed and he would come to the 8100 unit and he would rip open their mail in front of them telling them they can't send it and those were envelopes they bought from comersary. He ripped up the envelopes and when they asked if they could have their letters back so they could mail them later he would scream NO, I am going to destroy them. He kept saying you broke the rules you can't send out anything. The women were beside themselves knowing they didn't violate the rules and their ability to stay connected to their loved ones were taken away from them. It was also a form of punishment because he and Haley didn't like me typing stories of their crimes in the Kioske. Officer Hannha had purchased stamps and donated them to the jail. Then Sneddeker was upset that the women he targeted to be broke were able to send out mail. Then he pulled a rule out of his ass telling them they could only use the donated stamps to send mail to officials or their attorneys. We were never told any such thing when given the stamps. I had a stamp I gave a woman there and he threw a fit making the stupidest statement I have ever heard "I don't know where this stamp came from so you can't mail this". He knew exactly where it came from and there is NO REASON TO DENY ANYONE THE ABILITY TO USE IT. Lying piece of crap. When Officer Christopher Dech showed up at the jail he announced "did that officer just give an inmate a pen". He got to work immediately making sure that the practice of giving inmates pens stopped. That nasty piece always targets inmates in San Antonio and he announces they are not allowed to have anything because he planned on torturing them and making them suffer. They have to pay a 1.50 for an ink pen and when I was in the jail he made sure that I couldn't hook my bank account to my commensary. He was stopping the revinue of the jail.
