   what kind of police officer would make such a stupid statement as taking a picture of my license plate is a violation of my privacy what a moron. does he really believe this stupidity no it’s not a violation of your privacy that license plate is out there so people can identify you with out there in the public view it has nothing to do with your privacy you moron you’re a police officer you should know that and here’s the other thing that he didn’t apparently know I can’t run a license plate stupid I can go to an attorney and if you’re a cop the attorney can’t give me your information your stupid.
   FBI, NSA, CIA, and all intelligence agencies can run your plate and they are. They watched you stalking and harassing me off duty they watched you assault me. You are out of uniform and you didn’t show your badge you say your police officer and you think that’s enough you don’t have the ability to think your very dim. I have been dealing mentally unstable officer for years he is the one that slammed me against a wall last year. I was just over a hundred pounds and he is about 400 try to imagine what that was like for me.
   Yesterday one officer showed up to this three ring circus he saw who I was and he left knowing what would happen to his career. Some officers do have a brain few and far between.

1. 6 police officers detain me one of them was off-duty the most obese Latino I’ve ever seen in my life driving a burgundy beat-up pickup truck while he was off-duty he pulled up next to me while I was walking down the sidewalk there was a surge chasing me who had threatened me told me that he needed to see my ID I broke no law when he asked me to see my ID it is not legal for a police officer to ask for your ID unless you have broken the law. The off-duty zetino grabbed onto me and pin my arms behind my back and detain me it hurt. Then the sergeant acted like he didn’t know my name and they all know my name they know exactly who I am and when officer dufus showed up who has dealt with me before he ask me stupid questions like have you talked to officer Dech I said yeah sure I talked to him this morning he told me to take a picture of a helicopter I lied everybody knows I haven’t talked to officer Dech. Well sort of that’ll be explained later not right now. They wrote me a ticket said that I was in a roadway and there was a vehicle coming in my path there was no vehicle and the only reason I was in that roadway was because there was a sergeant chasing me and he was threatening me. I tried to recite the law to him telling him that he cannot ask for my license unless I have broken the law and I broke no law. Another sergeant who doesn’t have much of a brain said that the parking lot is not open to the public I said it most certainly is members of the public and the parking garage grab a ticket Park their pay on their way out it is open to the public. They Park their vehicle they walk around the parking garage and walk out and end as members of the public he tried to say I was trespassing and it’s private property. It doesn’t matter if there’s a private owner it is open to the public. And then the astronomically stupid officer said once you enter Walmart that’s privately owned to yeah and it’s open to the public. And if it wasn’t open to the public they wouldn’t have the revenue that they do these maybe the stupidest officers I have ever dealt with. I asked the female officer with the red hair and blue eyes what the policy is about an off-duty officer not wearing uniform and not identifying himself jumping out of his vehicle grabbing somebody what exactly is the policy she said we’re always on duty another word you can stalk and harass somebody and you can detain them without identifying yourself. he did say police but that doesn’t mean that he’s proving who he is the only thing I could see was rolls of fat coming at me and grabbing me the most physically unfit person I have ever seen in my life. I’m pretty sure it’s not okay for them to be grabbing people standing on a sidewalk while they’re out of uniform driving their POV. Then the sergeant said we are supposed to call Sergeant Vasquez in the chief’s office anytime we have to deal with her and Sergeant told them to write me a citation I committed no wrong and although I did step off the sidewalk I only did that because I was being threatened by a slimy dirty cop
