   OCTOBER 12th at approximately 0700 at the magistrate I was pulled from my cell to talk to a man claiming to be a federal special agent who works for DPS of Texas. That’s right he claims to be a federal agent working for the state of Texas wouldn’t that make him a state agent?
   He claimed to be doing an investigation into a possible threat to Rep. Davis she received a email from me and made false accusations that I was threatening her. After reading the email allowed to the agent and repetitively asking him where the threat was he was unable to answer me. I said to him I don’t see any threat and not once did he answer my question where the threat was he started spewing double talk that he is charge of investigating possible threats against government officials. After listening to this confusing description which was not an answer to my question he said he agreed there is no threat. First of all I was under the understanding that it is the job of the Texas Rangers to investigate possible threats. Second why is he driving to San Antonio to investigate a threat that he has just conceded isn’t an actual threat at all. I asked him why he didn’t research me by simply typing my name into a computer and seeing the details of what I am being subjected to by the city officials of San Antonio. Once again he double talked me and didn’t give a valid answer telling me that it would be a waste of resources. Oh and having you drive here from Austin Texas is not a waste of resources?
   He kept asking personnel questions that were none of his business and had nothing at all to do with the email sent. I refused to talk about my children I saw through him like a plain of glass he was trying to create an emotional upset so he could claim that I was emotionally unstable. Officer Shannon of SAPD tried this very same generic tactic trying to create an upset. He had an accent that was not Texas and he kept saying over and over again that he is from Austin Texas and he has never been anywhere but Austin Texas. OK so during the this manipulation process he was conducting he decided that he was going to try to bond with and he mentioned that I was in the Army for eight years he then shared with me that he had been in the Marines for eight years. WOW,…he just got done saying he had never been anywhere but Austin Texas and he has never left Austin. An eight year jar head who has never left Austin Texas? Anybody want to follow this man into war? Mind you there is no base or training center in Austin Texas for marines..
   At one point during our conversation this young man actually used a John Wayne phrase and used a fake southern draw it was so very odd it took me back. People from Austin don’t have a southern draw.
    This young man was set off balance by my questioning his origin and he went to great lengths to prove to me he is from Austin. If he were actually from Austin all that effort would have been unnecessary. I assure you he was putting great effort into covering and hiding that accent. So what was he hiding? What is his actual origin?
   There’s more to this story and I am not at all happy about the Rep. fraudulently claiming she was receiving a threat. I stated in the email that he it would be brought to a court of law. If someone is verifying that they plan on using the judicial system that it is pretty obvious they have not intention of doing someone bodily harm.
   I am woman who has nearly starved to death at least four different occasions in the last 18 months i barely have the strength to keep myself erect let alone hurt anyone. This is a ridiculous notion and not the first time Christopher Wray has tried so desperately to damn my character.
   The agent is that is what he is tried to coerce me into saying that I was mentally and emotionally non-functional he was asking leading questions and when I was trying to tell him that I was physically depleted he kept saying you mean mentally?
   I can’t wait for this to be explained to me later.
   This agent who said he is a federal special agent working for DPS of Texas asked who the arresting officers were and then wrote their names down in an excited manner. What kind of an investigating agent doesn’t know who the arresting officers are? Officer Edwards and Officer Medel were the names given. What did this federal agent say to those Officers? What did he ask them to do. If Officer Edwards is asked to give a false statement that I am insane he will do it I see no evidence of a moral compass.
