You spent 3.2 million dollars in a homeless shelter that is designed to produce as much government funding into San Antonio as possible. Before the fiscal year of every year Haven for Hope fills up so they can have a headcount to get money from the government the moment they get that money these people are kicked out on their derriere to live on the streets once again. He didn’t want to fix the homeless problem he didn’t want to fix the housing problem he wanted money flowing in lining the pockets of people like him.
