Campers who never get tickets like I do

1. It is now 4 a.m. the camper is sitting exactly where he was 4 hours ago nobody has bothered him nobody has written him a ticket nobody has come to wake him up with a flashlight 3 in from his face exactly all the things they do to me.
   What I witnessed tonight the most disturbing thing was the fact that there were new no police officers on will Sawyer Street when the bars closed and all of the drunk aggressive people exited the bars. There was no one to stop the fights there was no police officer in sight and there was a lot of fights. That is not their procedure that is not what they’re supposed to do there is supposed to be at least six officers lined up waiting what is happening here?

1. This is what the city calls camping when homeless people fell asleep in the sidewalks anywhere in the city they get tickets sometimes they get pulled into jail for camping. Obviously they’re homeless and I can’t pay these tickets. So then they go to jail. It’s a whole plan for the city to get more money flowing into the jails 4 people who didn’t really commit a crime at all.
   For the most part these campers are ignored by police officers and the sidewalks are filled with them all night long. I am however special and I have never ignored by police officers. Not only do they write me tickets but they follow me around watching and waiting for me to close my eyes so they can attack. Because I’m aware of what’s Happening and the fact that I’m a Target I sometimes go 3 days without sleeping. They have cotton I have gotten tickets. And then when I try to deal with these tickets properly I am set up for failure. For example I was arrested by Officer Garza for something that I did not do wrong for something I was not guilty of.
   I missed the court date because I simply didn’t know when it was that I had to be there nor did I know where I had to be. I made several phone calls to officer Garcia and I also made phone calls to the courthouse the number that was listed on the ticket. I was unable to get any information about where I had to be and when I had to be there. So I missed the first appointment they rescheduled it. I called the court and I called officer Garcia because that’s what they told me to do. I left voicemails for officer Garcia to return my phone call he did not. 20 minutes before I had to be in a court of law he sent me a text message telling me that I better be there. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to that Courthouse. It was very upsetting and the only Solace I have is the fact that agents watched him do the whole thing. I missed that court date appointment and then a warrant for my arrest was put out. Christopher Ray used that warrant to have me pulled into jail on October 11th. I had two other tickets out there for camping I needed to appear and I knew when I had to be there I was sitting in jail when I had to be there. That’s how smart and clever Christopher Wray is he purposely had me sitting in jail so I wouldn’t be able to show up these court dates for the camping tickets. You can bet there’s another warrant out for my arrest.
   I hope everybody has been able to see that I shouldn’t be on the streets at all they put me here and I wouldn’t have camping tickets if the Castro Brothers Chief McManus and Mayor Ron Nirenberg hadn’t put me on the streets and this is a huge abuse of their power and their positions and City resources. Although it’s a huge violation of ethics it’s a lot more than just that it’s a huge prison sentence for the city officials of San Antonio
