new york health and human services benefits manipulated the Mayor is out of control

when i opened this account portale it said 422.50 for cash assitance and it immediately changed to 22.50 you will see that health and human services never give this small amount. i have all my reciepts in july i had 450 dollars cash assistance and these texas idiots took all the cash benefits. they then accessed the systems and changed the cash assistance that i had recieved to 58.41 and the employees were yelling and screaming that they never give such a small amount for benefits and such a odd number they were yelling and screaming that these corporation fools made it obvious they were given access to the systems. they list here that twice the cash was replaced to my card and it never showed up on the card.. now my card doesn't work and they are claiming i don't get monthly benefits until the 8th i have a letter i recieved in the mail that says the 1st of the month. when i recieved the new cards out and was reading the mail i experienced signs and symptoms of a cardiac arrest and i was throwing up covered in perspiration. I lost a day because it seemed there was upset because HRA sent me cards in the mail i heard someone screaming "she is not suppose to recieve mail".
