Shavano Park Police Department

You can see that I was at Shavano Park trying to give them my packet of papers on July 9 I had to leave it because there was nobody working I don’t know if this was a holiday or why they weren’t there I have no idea but I should’ve known better concerning leaving it right there in the window of course somebody’s going to pick it up and follow me because that’s what they do every time I do this they follow me around the city taking this paperwork making sure nobody of authority ever sees it I wonder if their cameras are operational when somebody walked in and took all that paperwork
