She ran out to my truck to tell me that I couldn’t park here then it was for city council members and City Hall employees. Does anybody else find it strange that she was so aware and alert about me pulling into the parking lot and she ran out to my vehicle right away trying to keep me away from City Hall to create a diversion and then deterrent and inhibitor
