Clearly they were following me around town they wanted to see if I was able to get the vehicle out of impound they make quite a bit of effort to make sure that I didn’t get the vehicle ID impound they were hoping that it would stay there until it was repossessed and I no longer had a vehicle they also were monkeying around with the computer system when it got towed and put in the impound yard
