My chair has been sprayed with black crap

 So the latest excuse delivered by SAPD’s stupidest police officers is my chair has been sprayed with black icky picky crap. What the problem is is the apartment above mine and I have been told the SAPD is the one paying for that apartment and there are SAPD officers in and out of that apartment I have taken pictures of them I have taken pictures of their license plates and I have heard them right now my ex-husband is upstairs in that apartment and I am being raped I would appreciate some help with this and I’m gonna go ahead and continue to spread my story all over Texas going to every police department in every city of Texas so that everybody knows exactly how sick SAPD officers are
