Library making own rules

This library on E. Commerce St. has decided to make their own rules their patriots can only have five prints and it Hass to be a résumé or a cover letter every other library in the city is allowing people to have 100 copies per person that’s prints from the printer this library decided people can only have five. They’re making their own rules there is not adhering to what the city has called to happen. There will be more pictures and stories and times and dates added momentarily
