Connie is the previous owner of that vehicle that I was driving now of course I don't think she was the previous owner I think she is the current owner I think she literally gave it to the dealership so that they could then sell it to me and that she allowed access to the computer systems it doesn't mean it's true that's just what I think but it's important for all of us to remember that the previous owner of the automobile is Connie
