All morning long the helicopters and planes were stalking as usual something I've become used to and then about 12:30 in the afternoon they seem to make a beeline they started stalking and harassing somebody else . I saw them do this before when they were stalking and harassing the Hyatt Regency . And now they have a new Target I wonder who it is
