Steve the black guy that I met at Catholic workers house

Last night when I was sitting at the park Steve was sent at me. He told me that somebody gave him a bottle of vodka it was a present apparently. I took a couple of drinks from it and I knew better too. Now I am sick and it might be all day before I feel better. It was laced with medication obviously not Steve's fault they were poisoning him to. You see Steve's been a target of dirty police officers since 2003 I believe.
Steve had his own landscaping business and he was on prescription medication Apparently one of them was a C2. Controlled substance level 2. Didn't want to take the whole bottle with him when he went to work so he took the pills necessary for one day put them in a ziplock bag put them in his pocket and went to work. Police officers were harassing him they searched him and they found the ziplock bag with his prescription meds in it. He tried to explain to the police officers while they were arresting him that he had a prescription for the medication and it was in his glove box. The police officers then shouted that if that's true then you're in even more trouble. Does that make any sense whatsoever why would he be in more trouble if he has a prescription in his glove box to prove where those meds came from and why he has them in his pocket? That's how dirty cops talk and they don't even realize how stupid they sound the crap that comes out of their mouth it's disgusting. So Steve went to Bexar County jail and then he had to go into a court of law and he was being charged with possession of Narcotics controlled substance he had a prescription to prove why he had them and he got three years anyway because his court-appointed attorney did absolutely nothing refuse to defend him properly that's what San Antonio is all about I've been through it over and over again okay only only once play three times only three times.
So Steve then had to do parole because he went to prison for 3 years while he was on Parole the police officers were watching him like a hawk and apparently he was guilty of violation a parole I think chances are he wasn't really guilty I don't remember the details of that story.
I tried to figure out why he became a Target and then he shared with me that he had gotten a DUI from a police officer because of the things the police officer did during that arrest and the charge of DUI the police officer got in a lot of trouble and nearly lost his badge that's why he became a Target that police officer was angry he was the one that did wrong but he was going to take it out in Steve and many years later they're still torturing the man.
The extent of him being attacked goes very deep very convoluted almost as bad as me he can't get housing even though he has assistance he has a care provider that his insurance pays for but he can't have that either so ha isn't giving him the housing the other people go he's been on the list for years he goes to the prep Presbyterian Church and they have a program where they put people in affordable housing with grant money they also are not putting him in an apartment the truth is Steve will never get an apartment because he is a target of dirty police officers and this city is the most corrupt city that you'll ever see well comparable to Philadelphia.
He said that he fell in love with a woman and she was soaking every red Cent from him she then slept with his uncle and she was already married so their marriage wasn't really legal she took off with the Rings took off with all of his furniture every cent from every paycheck ever got she took it. This was a set-up she was putting his life on purpose this is a form of an attack. This is very similar to what they did with Sandra Bullock putting Jesse James in her life that was a big plan to attack her. They do it to a whole lot of people. They've been continuously trying to do it to me as well I'm not interested in grown man nevermind.
Steve was busted for something else too and it sounded very frivolous it sounded kind of fabricated I can't remember what it was so he's been on probation three times and parole once he went to prison twice once for the DUI and once for the prescription medication that he he should have never even got arrested for that's how dirty the cops are here in San Antonio
