It fell threw I did not get the apartment. Someone stepped in and said Bill did not have the authority to do all this. I think what the game of Castro Brothers was, was to have this man take all my money and disappear leaving me with no money and no apartment. That is what the game appeared to be. I guess you have to ask Bill firmly what his underlining agenda was with all this.
