And here we have another Latino with a complete and total sociopath he is in charge of the Central Library and for many years he has been instructing these employees to attack me . While at the central library and I have been stalked and harassed and I've been verbally assaulted and physically assaulted as well I have filed several police reports concerning ourselves and nothing has been done and no investigation was conducted .  Weather radar Gaga is a foreign agent or not I do not know but I do know he's a sociopath  he does not know the difference between right and wrong he's a very sick man and he will be going to prison for a very long time . Whether he is a legal citizen  of the United States or not  prison is his future . If he is a legal resident of the United States that means treason for colluding with all these foreign agents for being guilty of Espionage for being guilty of official oppression and so many other crimes that they would take too long.
