Spy working for city

Normally this spy that works for the city of San Antonio is stalking and harassing me and watching everything I'm doing. On Wednesday February 26th that he's watching these three people reading their computers reading all of their paperwork and listening to every word out of their mouth. They're talking about bylaws and HR practices they are talking about how they can effectively fire people without any backlash. They are talking about ethics counseling and somebody named Joanne
