Concerning the bexar county jail

There is a story for every inmate that you see listed here Stephanie Reyes did not have an attorney. She had a court appointed attorney that never contacted her she didn't even know her case number now although she's guilty of the crime she was being held unlawfully no legal representation I filed a motion so that she could get a bond and get out so that the courts would recognize that her sixth amendment was being violated nothing was done with the motion I filed. We requested a PR Bond interview and the supervising floor Sergeant refused to answer any of the messages refuse to get her that interview for a bond. Many of these women who are requesting are Bond are being denied by the dirty judge. Many of them are first-time offenders they've never had a bond they've never violated the agreement of a bond and I don't see any good reason to be denying them their bond request. Stephanie Thomas and Tamika Gates were sentenced to the state hospital they've been waiting more than 8 months. They were being held in the jail with the claim that the state hospital doesn't have enough beds. That way all the money is going to the bexar county jail and their time for their sentencing doesn't even start till they get to the state hospital. Tamika Gates was being put into a program at the same time that I was leaving. However Stephanie Thompson is still there and she's being told that it'll be March of 2022 before she gets a bed at the State hospital. If the state hospital cannot handle their obligation to be a housing these people that are considered to be incompetent then obviously it needs to be outsourced. Obviously there are huge issues with the state hospital providing beds and providing care for those that have been found to be mentally incompetent mentally unstable these women have been found to be incompetent to the point that they are not held accountable for the crimes they committed but you don't have the resources to take care of the problem. So why are you holding them for years in the bexar county jail literally years? These are the questions you are going to be asked by Washington I'm going to make sure of it. There is a mental health provider on 1604 if the state hospital doesn't have any beds they do. Why are you not outsourcing it and taking care of the problem? Time to back pedal time to actually do something and I'm just a woman to force you to do it. These of those that I will be advocating for when I reach Washington DC these are only a few of what I have and what I collected while I was in the bexar county jail. You think that you're so smooth and clever and that you can stop me from getting Justice that you can make me go away and all the crimes that you've committed against me go away you made your problem so much bigger because you're not clever you're dim and daft. Look at how much bigger your problem has become time to go talk to the DA. Ask him what he thinks he's doing why did he ignore all the motions I sent in why are they not on my case file I sent two motions in every week while I was in the bexar county jail where are they what happened to them?
