Well Cycle is significant

Well Cycle is being run by our intelligence agencies and the autos are following me all over the city. I don't know if it is good or bad guys. I think it is criminal agents because they make their selves known and they come in way too close. In Feb. of 2020 I was yelled at that these businesses go back to the city. So they have abused their positions and the businesses that they took over when lying to the nation saying they were doing an investigation. One of the many things that they did with this business is use all the company equipment to stalk and terrorize an innocent mother to cover your crimes with the hope that I would have a nervous break down and they could have me locked away in the state hospital. Loosers couldn't get it done and now the dirty CIA and NSA are trying to defend themselves by saying it is going back to the city. SO WHAT? You abused your positions and you abused this company and it's property. It cost money to fill the tanks, pay the utility bill, pay criminals salary for stalking and harassing which is against the law. This is abuse of Tax payers dollars.
