San Pedro Library full of minions

Here we have Art. This is a minion that has been participating for more than 2 and a half years. He appears to be back on the streets in early 2020 he had an apartment that the city had gotten for him no cost to him. So what happened to the apartment? He is back out here carrying his back pack and collecting food from the church. This is the one who is not at all afraid to have an angry outburst in my face and has done often so when I take pictures I know I run the risk of a confrontation I am never in the mood for. He had a angry outburst on me the second week of January. We were at the Episcopal church just like this morning. He started yelling at me not to take pictures amd was calling me names. He went to justin and told him I was taking pictures. This was what he was instructed to do. Justin told not to take pictures that I could take all the pictures of him and I would like but no one else. The objective of my enemies, mostly the Castro Brothers was to have me banded from the church for life.
The man sitting across from Art is a foreign agent he is another pervert. He is more of a Charlie Manson than just a pedophile. He sits there typing away at his computer sighing loudly. I use to think he was doing it purposely to annoy me, but it turns out that is just him and what he does. He is another who has angry outbursts and he says the most crazy off the wall things. This man is positivly insane. I have had the displeasure having him coming to this library for years. I have also seen him at the park and SAC. You know that sixth sense most of us get when we around someone who we know is dangerous and has little to no human qualities rlthat is what this man radiates. There is just a sense you get the hair on the back of your neck standing when you too close a jeffery dohmer vibe about him. The gift of fear there is something seriously wrong with this guy. I put him in the same catagory as landa gardens dexter. I think his name is Tom.
