On 1604 a man died while riding his bike

During one of the many times that I walked this entire city I was on 1604 and there was a memorial for a man who died while riding his bike down 1604 he was struck by a car use a Common Thread pattern if you notice. I was told to take pictures of the memorial because it had something to do with my situation. Now of course I see that it was probably a planned death I don't know who that doctor was
